This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect or irregular maintenance, accidents during use and general consumables or battery.
We assess the appropriate action on any warranty claim on a case by case basis. This may require the generator or faulty part to be returned to our workshop for repair. This diesel generator comes with standard 12month or 1000hrs warranty. We provide generator fault diagnosis phone support and stock spare parts for our generators.
